Tales From Two Texas Paw Paw

Hi folks, this is 2 Texas PawPaw and the reason for this blog is I like to tell stories and try to write a little poetry now and then. Most of my writings is about my family because I have the greatest family in the world, I realize if you dont know my family, it might be a little boring to you but maybe my family will get a kick out of some of it anyway, Hope you like it and if you dont, well, thats ok too, you're still my friend.

"THE ZOO KEEPER"

Hi folks, this is Two Texas Paw Paw, with the latest news from Pampa, Texas. Jerry and Greg are working this morning, Nanny, Ang & Kendra are gone to Amarillo and I am in charge of the ZOO. I have Kayleigh, Josh, Tarzan, Janie, Cowboy & Piper. And, you know what, I wouldn't trade places with anybody today. Cowboy and Piper tried to eat the mailman, Tarzan and Janie got in to a fight over food in the back yard, Josh likes to pull the covers off of the chairs in the living room, Kayleigh wants to eat all the time, and I cant make the CD work to show the movies they want me to put on which they wont watch if I did, and they both want orange juice and I dont have any. I have plenty of Apple juice, but they dont want that. The washing machine is leaking all over the floor. Josh needed to pee, he did, and later I went in to check on them and he was naked. Kayleigh decided the pictures on the end table in the living room looked better in the floor, and now they are fighting over blocks. Janie wont stay behind the gate, she jumps it. Cowboy or Piper, one, I dont know which one, CHIT in the bathroom floor. Piper ran outside when I went to get the mail and started chasing a rabbit and almost got ran over. Tarzan is about to scratch the back door off the hinges wanting in the house and its 76 degrees outside. I have a headache, and if I had a bottle of Canadian Club, I would chug -a-lug it in a minute. BUT< as I said, I wouldn't trade places with anybody, not even Nana KJ 42. Outside of all that, it's a peaceful day in Pampa, Texas. This is Two Texas PawPaw, and the good Lord willing and the creeks don't rise, and I live through all this, I'll be back tomorrow, 20 years older than I am today.

Well, I don't know too many GREAT-GRANDPA's that are still young and vibrant enough to handle what you can handle. Thank you for watching them, we appreciate you very much!
